The Central Office is the headquarters of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in the United Kingdom (UK) and is situated at Redemption House, Station Approach, Knebworth, SG3 6AT. The RCCG is an international network of churches committed to the communication of the gospel of Jesus Christ and the raising of followers who live by His teachings. From its humble beginnings in Nigeria in 1952, the RCCG presently operates in over 100 countries and at the apex of its governance structure is the General Overseer, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye.

We believe that the Holy Bible is the inspired revelation of God’s purposes for humanity, centred on the good news that people of all ethnicities and backgrounds can cultivate a relationship with the divine by accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour. As the Bible teaches, God came to earth in the person of Jesus Christ over 2,000 years ago to restore our relationship with Himself, broken as a result of disobedience to His expressed will.

The central theme of Christianity is God’s unconditional love for all, expressed through the sacrificial death and miraculous resurrection of Jesus Christ who now lives forever and is the spiritual mediator between God and humankind. This is the belief at the heart of the Christian faith and it is the core message which the RCCG shares worldwide.

A vital part of the RCCG’s mission is, therefore, the setting-up of churches in all nations where each person can develop a thriving relationship with God by increasing their knowledge of Him and of His plans for their future – both here on earth and in the afterlife. The Central Office thus exists to resource local and global Christian mission.
